Jaelene Daniels (* 28. May 1993 as Jaelene Hinkle in Denver , Colorado ) is an American football player who since the season 2017 at the North Carolina Courage in the National Women's Soccer League is under contract.

Career

society

During her studies at Texas Tech University Daniels played 2011-2014 for the local university team in the Texas Tech Red Raiders and ran parallel to it in 2013 in the W-League - franchise Seattle Sounders Women on. In early 2015 Daniels was signed in seventh place by the Flash in the first round of the NWSL's college draft . She made her league debut on April 12, 2015 against Seattle Reign FC .

National team

At the beginning of 2014, Daniels came to her first two appearances in the US U-23 national team as part of the six-nation tournament in La Manga . On October 21, 2015, she made her debut in a 1-1 draw against Brazil in the United States national team.

She was on the squad for the 2016 Summer Olympics qualifier , which the United States won, and was substituted on in two group games.
