Jana Pospíšilová , married Rychlý (born March 23, 1970 in Kostelec u Křížků , Czechoslovakia ) is a former Czech tennis player .

Career

Pospíšilová lost in 1974 in the final of the jury singles of the French Open against Natallja Swerawa with 1: 6 and 0: 6.

During her professional career she won three singles and four doubles titles in the ITF Women's Circuit . On the WTA Tour she reached a single and a double final. The first was in the singles of the Danone Southern Cross Classic 1988 in Adelaide , which she lost to Jana Novotná with 5-7 and 4-6. And in doubles it was at the Athens Ladies Open in 1990 , which she lost to Laura Garrone / Karin Kschwendt with 0: 6, 1: 6 and 7: 6

In 1988 and 1989 she also played for the Czechoslovak Fed Cup team , for which she won five of her seven games. The team won the cup in 1988 .

She has been married to the actor and presenter Petr Rychlý since 2006 . Her brother Jaroslav Pospíšil is also a professional tennis player.
