Jarosław Fojut (born October 17, 1987 in Legionowo ), nickname Jarek , is a Polish football player .
Career
The Pole is in England and "The Butcher" to German of butcher called. The reason for this nickname is its very hard way of playing. Fojut made his competitive debut for the Bolton Wanderers in 2006 against Watford FC in the third round of the FA Cup . The debut in the English Premier League central defender also issued in the 2006/07 season against Portsmouth . However, he could not prevail even after two loan deals in League One , which is why he left Bolton in January 2009 in the direction of Śląsk Wrocław , where he signed a contract until mid-2012. After he only played a small part of the games in the first two seasons, also due to injuries, he became a regular player from summer 2010.
At the beginning of January 2012 it was announced that Fojut will not renew his contract with Śląsk Wrocław and will move to Celtic Glasgow in the summer on a free transfer . There he signed a contract until mid-2015. After a ligament rupture in his knee in April 2012 and further investigations in London , Celtic announced in May that the transfer would not take place as a result. He was therefore without a club since the beginning of July 2012. After almost six months, he was signed for the 2013 season by the Norwegian first division club Tromsø IL . He signed a contract until the end of June 2015. In 2 seasons he played 27 league games and scored 2 goals. After Tromsø IL was relegated in the 2014 season, he left the club for Scotland and signed a 2-year deal with Dundee United .
