life and career

Born in 1981 in Neptune City , New Jersey , Jennifer Tisdale began her career as an actress relatively late. After her younger sister had already appeared in a few television series or films in rather minor roles, her Jennifer Tisdale was only able to show her first notable television appearance in 2000, when she got a supporting role in an episode of City Guys . Through their Jewish mother and father, Arnold Morris, who developed the Ginsu knives, Jennifer and Ashley Tisdale are also related to the businessman Ron Popeil , who is best known as an inventor and marketing personality . In the year after her first major television appearance, engagements followed in the television series Boston Public , where she appeared in an episode, and in the MTV series Undressed - Who with whom? , where she participated as one of the leading actresses in the fifth season. While she also appeared in a broadcast episode of Raising Dad in 2002 , Who Educates Whom? Her first two well-known film appearances followed in the same year. Among other things, she was seen in a supporting role in Mr. Deeds and then got one of the supporting roles in Ted Bundy , a psychological thriller based on the life of the American serial killer Ted Bundy, who was executed in 1989 . After a year with no notable published work, Tisdale returned to the screen in 2004, where she appeared in, among other things, an episode of the television series Clubhouse and No Mercy for Dad , but also one of the leading roles in The Hillside Strangler , based on a true story of the Hillside Stranglers who ravaged Los Angeles and, above all, the entire west coast of the USA as a serial killer in the late 1970s .

After her younger sister finally celebrated her breakthrough in acting in 2005, Jennifer Tisdale had no notable publications that year. In the following year, she finally made a guest appearance in an episode of Hotel Zack & Cody at the side of her sister, who played one of the leading roles. This year she also played an important role in Girls United: Alles auf Sieg , where she appeared in the role of cheerleader Chelsea and also sang the song Don't You Think I'm Hot in the film . Her previous training as a cheerleader, which she enjoyed during her high school and college days - she attended Cal State Northridge - were an essential aid to her role. In the following years, the productions in which the Cal State Northridge graduate is involved as an actress decreased significantly. In addition to a rather insignificant role in House Bunny in 2008, she appeared in 2008 and 2009 in one episode each of Zack & Cody on board , an offshoot of Hotel Zack & Cody , whose cast her younger sister was no longer a member . On August 7, 2009, she married her significant other Shane McChesnie. Her younger sister Ashley Tisdale acted as maid of honor. In early November 2009, the couple announced Jennifer Tisdale's pregnancy. On February 13, 2010, she finally gave birth to a daughter.
