Joe Burton Award

The Joe Burton Award was an ice hockey trophy that was awarded annually to the player with the highest points in the regular season from 2004 until the Central Hockey League was dissolved in 2014 . The award is named after Joe Burton , who scored a total of 985 points , including 565 goals, in 708 regular season games from 1992 to 2003 and is considered one of the most successful players in the history of the Central Hockey League.

At the time of its introduction, the award replaced the previously awarded Ken McKenzie Trophy .
