Johan Ejdepalm (born January 4, 1982 in Uppsala , Sweden ) is a Swedish ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Belfast Giants in the Elite Ice Hockey League since August 2015 .
Career
Ejdepalm began his career in the 1998/99 season with Almtuna IS in the Swedish Division 1, his breakthrough in the first team came in the 2000/01 season, in which he and his team were promoted to the Swedish second division .
For the 2002/03 season he moved to Hammarby IF , where he was under contract until the 2004/05 season before he moved to the Växjö Lakers before the 2005/06 season . In the 2006/07 season Ejdepalm then played in the 2nd Bundesliga at EHC Munich , but returned to his home country for the 2007/08 season and signed a contract with Luleå HF in the Elitserien . After three years in Sweden, he moved again to Germany for the EHC Munich for the 2010/11 season. After three more seasons in the jersey of Munich, Ejdepalm signed a one-year contract with league rivals Hamburg Freezers for the 2013/14 season . In the 2014/15 season, the defender played for the Hungarian EBEL club SAPA Fehervar AV19 before moving to the Belfast Giants in the Elite Ice Hockey League in summer 2015 .
Internationally, Ejdepalm was used at the 2002 Junior Ice Hockey World Championship and scored one goal.
