Johann David Wissel
Johann David Wissel (born August 11, 1818 in Seligenstadt ; † May 23, 1863 there ) was a Hessian mayor and member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .
Johann David Wissel was the son of the trader Johann Georg Wissel and his wife Katharina, née Orth. Wissel, who was a Catholic, was mayor in Seligenstadt and married Katharina nee Alexander.
From 1862 to 1863 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency Starkenburg 4 / Seligenstadt . He represented liberal positions in the estates.
