Friedrich Lotheißen , also Friedrich Lotheissen , (born August 27, 1796 in Eichelsachsen , † September 11, 1859 in Darmstadt ) was a German judge and member of parliament.

Life

Friedrich Lotheißen was the son of the Grand Ducal Hessian Forest Council Martin Lotheißen (1755–1837) and his wife Dorothea Charlotte nee Reuling (1768–1838). Friedrich Lotheißen, who was a Protestant denomination, married Louise Ernestine Friederike Sophie née Kroencke (born February 26, 1809 in Darmstadt; † July 12, 1872 ibid) on August 12, 1830 in Darmstadt , the daughter of the chief construction director Claus Kroencke and his wife Friederike Repentant. Friedrich Lotheißen studied law at the University of Giessen from 1813 , where he was one of the founders of the Corps Hassia in 1815 . In 1817 he became court clerk at the court in Darmstadt, where he was attorney at court in 1819. In 1832 he switched to the Protestant church fund in Darmstadt as a syndic. In 1835 he became a senior school officer in Darmstadt. In 1836 he was appointed court judge at the Darmstadt court. In 1839 he became a councilor at the Darmstadt Court of Appeal and Cassation . In 1855 he returned to the Darmstadt court as director of the court, where he became president of the court in 1858.

From 1835 to 1849 and again from 1856 to 1859 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected in the 7th to 8th state parliament for the constituency of Darmstadt , in the 9th to 10th state parliament for Starkenburg 7 / Heppenheim, in the 11th state parliament for Starkenburg 4 / Seligenstadt-Babenhausen and in the 15th to 16th state parliament for Upper Hesse 5 / Homberg elected. 1856-1859 he was President of the Chamber. In 1848 he was a member of the preliminary parliament .
