Philipp Wiener

Johann Philipp Wiener (born April 5, 1785 in Darmstadt , † January 23, 1866 there ) was a Hessian innkeeper and politician and member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Philipp Wiener was the son of the innkeeper ("Zur Krone" in Darmstadt) Ernst Gottlieb Christian Wiener and his wife Friederike Elisabeth, née Seidel. Wiener, who was of Protestant faith, was like his father innkeeper "Zur Krone" in Darmstadt and married Elisabeth Philippine nee Dressel.

From 1832 to 1833 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency of the city of Darmstadt . He was also a councilor in Darmstadt. His brother Louis Wiener was also a member of the state parliament.
