Heinrich Brauer (politician)

Heinrich Brauer (born August 16, 1860 in Ober-Ofleiden ; † April 14, 1945 ibid) was a Hessian politician ( HBB , DNVP ) and a former member of the 2nd Chamber of the Land estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse and of the Landtag of the People's State of Hesse in the Weimar region Republic .

Heinrich Brauer was the son of the miller Justus Brauer and his wife Wilhelmine (called Mina) nee Dietz. Heinrich Brauer, who was of Protestant faith, was married to Auguste born Junker. He worked as a farmer and mill owner in Ober-Ofleiden.

politics

In the 30th to 36th electoral period (1896-1918) Heinrich Brauer was a member of the second chamber of the state estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse. In the estates he represented the constituency of Upper Hesse 7 / Homberg . He was a member of the Hessian Farmers' Union. After the November Revolution he joined the German National People's Party and was again a member of the state parliament from 1919 to 1924. He was also a member of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of Hesse-Nassau and the Provincial Committee. He was also a member of the district committee of the Alsfeld district, the Chamber of Agriculture and the Chamber of Agriculture Committee for Upper Hesse .
