Johannes Joner

Johannes Joner (born November 1, 1958 in Haugesund , Norway) is a Norwegian actor and director .

biography

Joner was born in Haugesund but grew up in Stavanger as a child . He completed an acting training at Statens Teaterhøgskole from 1978 to 1981 and then worked there as a theater actor. Subsequently he worked at the National Theater , Torshovteatret , Nordland Teater , Rogaland Teater and for the TV-teatret and Fjernynsteatret (television theater ) and from 1988 at the Oslo Nye Theater . Outside of the theater, he also played a variety of different film and television roles in Norway. Joner was the director of the show Populærmusikk fra Vittula which was staged at Christiania Teater . He also wrote the screenplay and directed the film Respekt (2008) in collaboration with Nordisk Film . In the film Über Storch und Stein (1984 Over stork og stein ) he played the leading role of Erling and in the award-winning film Anderland ( Over stork og stein ) he played Håvard . He achieved further fame in Norway through his participation in the local Olsenbande film series, for example in the Olsenbandens siste stikk as detective assistant Gran . In the Olsen Gang Junior children's film series from 2001 to 2010, which was popular in Norway, Holm's role as police assistant also attracted greater attention, mainly from younger audiences.

Johannes Joner is the uncle of the actor Kristoffer Joner and the father of the actor Knut Joner and the cousin of the composer and musician Sverre Indris Joner .

  • In November 2010 Johannes Joner received Hans Christian Ostro 's Minnepreis for his commitment in Eastern Congo to the creation of theaters in Eastern Congo.
