action

On Ingierstrand bath of Oppegård in the Norwegian municipality ( Fylke ) Viken , a former Akershus , is the class of the Junior Olsen Gang swim. Egon Olsen is arrested here through a failed prank.
The Olsen Gang Junior drives into the mine through this entrance to the silver mine and the current Norwegian Mine Museum in Saggrenda near Kongsberg . Such a mine train is also used by the Olsen gang and their opponents.
Here in the silver tunnels of Kongsberg there is a treasure that the Olsen Gang Junior is trying to get. The old draisines shown here also come into play.

In the summer of 1960, Egon Olsen's school class went on a bathing excursion, they took a bus from Oslo to the Ingierstrand-Bad in Oppegård . On the beach, Biffen and his gang tried to make Kjell in front of Valborg impossible. In addition, Herman Hermansen (son of Detective Inspector Hermansen) with his rich young friend Preben von Klem invites Valborg and Ingrid on a joyride with a motorboat . They try to relax the girls. Benny and Egon try to prevent this and want to tie the boat to the quay to embarrass Preben and Herman when they leave. But when Egon is mooring the boat, the motorboat sets off. Egon, who is still hanging on the rope, is dragged onto the sea and unfortunately pulls his class teacher Kvasshaug along with his deck chair. Egon Olsen has to be arrested at the Lykkebo orphanage once again .

When Egon finally comes out again, Kjell and Benny are already standing in front of the orphanage to pick up Egon. To her horror, Egon is picked up by Preben von Klem, a rich little son, with a Rolls-Royce and his chauffeur. Preben and Egon drive straight to his parents' villa on the outskirts of Oslo. Egon is to plump filled piggy bank from the Prebens Franz Jäger Berlin - Tresor get out of his parents so he can squander the money for themselves. Egon is tricked by Preben. When he got the loot out of the safe, Preben triggers the alarm system . During his panicked escape from Preben's villa, Egon takes a document lying around with him that fell out of the safe. Detective Inspector Hermansen, who lives in the neighborhood, is informed by his son Herman, who has observed Egon at Preben, and starts the pursuit. With the help of Benny and Kjell, who secretly followed Egon, he escapes. Egon is now wanted by the police as an alleged burglar and thief.

Egon Preben swears revenge for this failure and wants to implement his plan with the help of Kjell and Benny. The birthday party of Preben von Klem is a suitable occasion. He mainly invites children from rich and prominent families to his celebration, but also young attractive girls like Valborg and Ingrid. The Olsen Gang is of course not invited. However, the property of his father's villa is surrounded by very high walls. Preben also hires the Biffen gang (Biffen, Knut and Johnny) as his private security service for the entry control in front of the Villa Maximillian von Klem, so that only invited guests can enter. Egon has a plan for this too. Kjell, as a disappointed lover of Valborg, who absolutely wants to gain entry to the party because of her, is supposed to distract the Biffen gang during their entry control in order to help with the in and out of Egon and Kjell in the villa property. This allows Benny and Egon to penetrate the villa's property unnoticed and break out again later. Benny also disguises himself as a rich boy, and so he manages to mingle with the guests.

Egon also manages to break into the villa unnoticed and steals the foiled prey, Preben's piggy bank , from his room. Benny hangs the piggy bank in the party tent over Preben's birthday cake, camouflaged under many balloons. At the right moment, when all the guests are gathered there and Preben is about to cut his cake, Benny cuts the rope. Preben's piggy bank falls into the middle of the cake and soils all the guests present. Preben is embarrassed in front of his father and the guests present, as well as being exposed as a liar in front of Detective Inspector Hermansen. Due to the embarrassment of Preben at the party, Egon is rehabilitated as a supposed thief. The Olsen Gang takes the piggy bank from Preben back with them at another favorable opportunity. In addition, when Egon Olsen had to hide in a closet during the break-in in the villa , he overheard Preben's parents in a conversation with their son. They confront Preben about his fake piggy bank theft and ask him about the card that has since disappeared from the safe. Olsen learns so precisely that the document he is looking for is a treasure map. The supposed treasure is supposed to be the missing Norwegian royal crown jewels or insignia , they are supposed to be in the disused silver mine in Saggrenda near Kongsberg . The von Klems also conclude that Egon Olsen (or the Olsen gang) now has the card and also wants to raise the treasure.

The Olsen Gang and Dynamit-Harry go to Kongsberg to the disused silver mining. With the help of an old track cars - Lore they enter the interior of the mine , 300 meters below ground. Meanwhile, Preben's parents are also looking for them, Maximalian von Klem and his wife Monica von Klem, who also go to Kongsberg to lift the treasure from the Olsen gang or - if they find it before - to take it away. You will eventually be followed through the entire Silberstollen by the von Klems. After a few Indiana Jones-style adventures , they finally find the crown jewels they are looking for in the tunnel. In the course of the chase in the silver mine , the Olsen gang lost the treasure they found to the von Klems, but managed to escape them. The von Klems, however, have to take the trolley used by the Olsen gang out of the tunnel, as Benny stole the ignition key of their motorized diesel mine locomotive .

The Olsens can now also take the faster mine train that Klem used to penetrate the Kongsberg tunnel. This enables them to catch up with Ms and Mr von Klem's handheld trolley and to hook it up with their locomotive from behind. Valborg and Ingrid, who are worried about the Olsen gang, as well as other children, took the Oslo ice cream seller Syvertsen's bus to the entrance of the gallery in Kongsberg. Hermansen and his assistant Holm, who happened to find out about the treasure hunt in Kongsberg, also arrive on site. They arrest Maximillian and Monica von Klem after they arrived outside and hit a buffer with their trolley. Egon reconciles with Preben and gives him back his piggy bank. The Olsen Gang have been fully rehabilitated as honest treasure hunters and Preben's parents have been exposed as fraudsters and thieves, and Valborg is reconciled with Kjell. In a night and fog action, Egon is allowed to hand over the crown jewels he has found to the Norwegian royal family at a conspiratorial meeting for the attention of court marshal Kåe.
