Jonas Liljeström (born January 18, 1982 in Oberbergisches Land ) is a German actor .

Life

Education and theater

Liljeström first studied German , English and Scandinavian studies for four years . He received his acting training from 2005 to 2009 at the drama school of the Theater der Keller in Cologne , which he completed in February 2009 with the stage maturity test.

He had engagements, partly already during his training, among other things at the Theater der Keller, at the Wuppertaler Bühnen and at the Freie Werkstatt Theater in Cologne , and later at the Koblenz Theater and the Grenzlandtheater Aachen . Since April 2009 he has played regularly at the Landestheater Burghofbühne Dinslaken .

His stage roles included: Kulygin in Drei Schwestern (2007, Theater der Keller Cologne), Paris and Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet (2008, Theater der Keller Cologne), Feldprediger in Mother Courage and Her Children (2009, Theater der Keller Cologne ), Amias Paulet in Maria Stuart (Theater der Keller), Nathanael in Der Sandmann (Free Workshop Theater Cologne), Schufterle in Die Räuber (2012, Theater Koblenz) and Mortimer in Arsen und Spitzenhäubchen (2014, Grenzlandtheater Aachen).

At the Burghofbühne Dinslaken he appeared as the rooster in a stage version of the fairy tale Die Bremer Stadtmusikanten and in the title role of a stage version of the novel Confessions of the impostor Felix Krull . There he also played Benvolio in Romeo and Juliet , the student Husemann in Die Feuerzangenbowle and Hans (the role of Heinz Rühmann in the film of the same name ) in the musical comedy Die Drei von der Gasstelle .

Movie and TV

Liljeström also worked in some TV and film productions. In 2011 he stood in front of the camera for the cinema production Die Männer der Emden , directed by Berengar Pfahl . Jonas Liljeström played the role of the senior seaman Bertram Bohde.

This was followed, among other things, in series roles in Alarm for Cobra 11 , Danni Lowinski , Sein gute Recht , Wilsberg , Pensionnercops and Helen Dorn . Liljeström also worked in numerous short and graduation films.

Awards

In 2009 Jonas Liljeström was nominated for the Cologne Theater Prize together with the ensembles of King Oedipus (co-production of Wuppertaler Bühnen / Theater der Keller Cologne) and Maria Stuart (Theater der Keller Cologne). Another nomination followed in 2014 with one and one (Theater der Keller Cologne).

Private

From 2011 he took on the stage name Müller-Liljeström . Since 2018 he has been performing under the name Jonas Liljeström . Liljeström is the family name of his paternal family, most of whom live near Stockholm . Jonas Liljeström lives in Cologne .
