Josef Wageck (* before 1950) is a German actor .

Life

Josef Wageck was engaged for many years at the Frankfurt theaters, especially at the "Small Theater in the Zoo" founded in 1947. As a theater actor , Wageck appeared in Frankfurt at the Fritz-Rémond-Theater in the 1950s . Theater performances were also recorded for television by the Hessischer Rundfunk . In July 1954 he played in a television broadcast by Hessischer Rundfunk from the Fritz-Rémond-Theater in the comedy Spiel im Schloß by Franz Molnar ; his partners were Senta Wengraf , Otto Stern , Götz von Langheim and Ralf Wolter . In August 1955 he played Johann in the grotesque Der Hund im Hirn by Curt Goetz in a guest appearance by the Fritz-Rémond-Theater in the radio house of the Hessischer Rundfunk ; Giselle Vesco was one of his partners .

In 1959 he played in Frankfurt am Main together with Elisabeth Wiedemann , Else Knott , Gisela Fischer and Joost Siedhoff under the direction of Benno Besson in his production of William Shakespeare's comedy The noble gentlemen from Verona (new translation: Elisabeth Hauptmann ). At the Fritz-Rémond Theater, Wageck appeared with Inge Langen , Fritz Rémond junior and Götz von Langheim in Schiller's tragedy Kabale und Liebe . In 1971, Wageck played the title role of the citizen captain in the play The old citizen captain by Carl Malß in the opening performance of the newly founded Frankfurt Volkstheater alongside Liesel Christ .

Wageck played some roles in movies from the 1950s . He was also seen in several television productions in Austria and Germany . As its first film appearance, the film database IMDb has the crime drama The Last Recipe from 1952, a film with O. W. Fischer in the leading role, in which Wageck, directed by Rolf Hansen , played a supporting role. He also appeared in front of the camera in the crime film Public Prosecutor Corda (1953).

In the 1960s, Wageck embodied the continuous series role of caretaker Ballmann in the TV series Die Firma Hesselbach . Wageck had previously played a caretaker in the 1956 movie Mr. Hesselbach and the company ; At that time, however, it was called Fuchslocher.

In the 1960s he was seen several times on television in theater roles, for example in a small role in the television version of the drama Die Irre von Chaillot in 1960 , a recording from the Berlin Schiller Theater (premiere: 1959), where he was directed by Harry Buckwitz occurred.
