Juan Carlos Calvo (born June 26, 1906 - October 12, 1977 ) was a Uruguayan football player .

Club career

Calvo played in his homeland from 1926 to 1937 for the Misiones Football Club .

National team

The striker was a member of the Uruguayan national soccer team , with which he was able to secure the world championship title at the soccer world championship in 1930 when this tournament was held for the first time. In the course of the tournament, however, he was not used.
