Jukka Raitala (born September 15, 1988 in Kerava ) is a Finnish football player .
Career
society
At the age of seven, Raitala joined the youth section of the Keravan Pallo-75 club, for which he played for ten years. At 17, Raitala moved to the Finnish top club HJK Helsinki , where he was pulled up to the second team after a year in youth. Raitala made his debut for the professional team of HJK on April 26, 2007 against AC Oulu.
Since then, he has been watched again and again and attracted the interest of foreign clubs. The defender was supposed to go to trial training at West Bromwich Albion , which he canceled of his own accord and was in trial training at Newcastle United . In April 2009, Raitala extended his contract early until 2011. On August 10, 2009, it was announced that Raitala had traveled to Hoffenheim to complete a trial training session and to negotiate a transfer. It was previously announced that Raitala had decided not to travel to Finland's U21 international against Belgium in order to negotiate with another club.
On August 31, 2009 TSG 1899 Hoffenheim loaned Raitala for one year. The Hoffenheim company had a purchase option, which they also exercised on April 1, 2010 and which Raitala held until 2014. Shortly before the transfer deadline on August 31, 2010, TSG announced that the Finn was loaned to the second division club SC Paderborn 07 for the 2010/11 season .
For the 2011/12 season , Raitala was loaned again, this time to the Spanish first division club CA Osasuna .
On June 6, 2012, TSG Raitalas announced the move to SC Heerenveen .
National team
He played for several Finnish junior selections. On February 4, 2009, Raitala made his debut for the Finnish senior team against Japan . In addition, Raitala played all games for Finland over the full distance at the U-21 European Championship in Sweden in 2009.
