Jun Tonosaki ( Japanese 外 崎 潤 , Tonosaki Jun ; born January 9, 1984 in Sapporo , Hokkaidō ) is a former Japanese ice hockey player who played for ten years for the Nippon Paper Cranes in the Asia League ice hockey and the league with his club three times could win.

Career

Jun Tonosaki began his career as a hockey player on the Hokkaidō High School team. From 2005 to 2015 he played for Nippon Paper Cranes in the Asia League Ice Hockey . With the team from Kushiro he won the league in 2007, 2009 and 2014 respectively. When he won the title in 2014, he led his team onto the ice as team captain.

International

For Japan Tonosaki took part in the junior division in the U18 B World Championship in 2000 and after the changeover to the current division system of the U18 World Championship in Division I in 2001 as well as the U20 Junior World Championship in Division II in 2002 and the U20 Junior World Championship in the Division I participated in 2004 .

In the senior division, he was in the Japanese squad at the Division I World Championships in 2006 , 2007 , 2008 , 2009 , 2010 and 2012 when he was captain of the Japanese. He also represented his home country in the qualifying tournaments for the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics and at the 2007 Asian Winter Games , when the title was won by a 3-2 win against Kazakhstan , and in 2011 , when the title was won after a 4-1 loss against the same opponent in second place was reached.
