The song first appeared with the album The Truth About Love on September 14, 2012, the CD version was released on April 12, 2013. It is the third single from the album after Blow Me (One Last Kiss) and Try . The song was produced by Jeff Bhasker, who also had the greatest successes of Nate Ruess' band Fun. on whose album Some Nights had produced and written with the band members.
At the MTV Video Music Awards 2013 , the song was awarded in the Best Collaboration category.
Music video
The music video for the single was shot in November 2012. In addition to the two performers, Pink's husband Carey Hart can also be seen in some shots as an actor.
