Jutta Wachsmann

Jutta Wachsmann (born November 5, 1944 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actress and theater director .

Live and act

Wachsmann received her acting training from 1965 to 1967 at the Otto Falckenberg School in Munich . Then she took on engagements in Oldenburg and Hamburg . She worked for Peter Zadek for three years at the Schauspielhaus Bochum . She then worked as a freelance actress in Munich, Wiesbaden and Bonn .

After experience as an assistant director , she made her debut at the Munich Studiotheater in 1978/79 as a director with Martin Sperr's Die Spitzeder mit Sperr in the title role. Since 1981 she has worked exclusively as a director, especially at Viennese theaters such as the Schauspielhaus there , the Schauspielhaus Graz , the Theater Aachen , Stadttheater Ingolstadt , the Alten Schauspielhaus Stuttgart , the Goethe Theater in Frankfurt am Main and at various Munich theaters such as the Studio Theater in the tent and at the theater at the entrance .

In 1987 she became the first director and deputy director in artistic matters at the Rheinisches Landestheater Neuss .
