Kai Emanuel

Kai Emanuel (* 1968 in Delitzsch ) is a German politician ( non-party ) . Since August 27, 2015 he has been the District Administrator of the Northern Saxony district .

Live and act

Kai Emanuel completed his training as an electrician with high school diploma from 1984 to 1987 at the State Railway Repair Shop (RAW) Dessau and worked there until 1992. He then studied until 1995 at the Technical College of the Saxon Administration in Meißen ; he completed his studies with the academic degree of " Diplom-Verwaltungswirt (FH) ". From 1996 to 2008, Emanuel was head of the office (auditing office, traffic office, financial administration) in the Delitzsch district office. This was followed by the activity as finance officer and treasurer of the district of North Saxony until 2015 .

Emanuel is involved in the municipal social association, the Saxon Institute for Municipal Data Processing, the Döllnitzbahn Zweckverband, the Omnibus-Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH "Heideland" and in the advisory board of the magazine "Der Neue Kämmerer".

On June 7, 2015, Kai Emanuel was elected on the list of the CDU in the first ballot to succeed Michael Czupalla as district administrator of the district of North Saxony.

Private

Kai Emanuel is enthusiastic about sports (handball and cycling), he is married and has two sons. Son Max Emanuel is a professional athlete in the 2nd handball Bundesliga .
