The Canton Mézel was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Digne les Bains in the department of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur . It comprised eight parishes, its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Mézel . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. His last representative in the conseil général des Départements was André Laurens from 2004 to 2015.
