The canton of Orpierre was 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Gap in the department of Hautes-Alpes region Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur . It comprised seven parishes, its main town (French: chef-lieu ) was Orpierre . The nationwide changes in the composition of the cantons resulted in its dissolution in March 2015. The last representative in the conseil général des Départements was Georges Mas.
