Karamanlı is a district and the associated district town in the center of the Turkish province of Burdur . It is located about 62 kilometers southeast of the provincial capital Burdur and is home to about 71 percent of the district's population.

The district was formed on July 4, 1987 by splitting off from the (now south-facing) Tefenni district. It borders in the southwest on this, in the east on the Kemer district and in the north on the Yeşilova district . In a narrow piece it forms a common border in the west with Denizli Province ( Acıpayam District ). In addition to the district town, the district also consists of eight villages ( Köy ) with an average of 287 residents. Kağılcık with 509 inhabitants is the largest village. The population density is below the provincial average of 37.5 inhabitants per km².
