Karl Leopold Joachim Daniel Moser von Ebreichsdorf (born September 2, 1744 , † August 21, 1823 in Vienna ) was the Austrian sub-marshal in Lower Austria .

Life

Karl Leopold Joachim Daniel was the eldest son from the second marriage of Karl Leopold Friedrich Freiherr Moser von Ebreichsdorf to Maria Katharina von Brockhof. After completing his studies, he entered the service of the Lower Austrian estates , became chief collector and raitherr . In 1764 he became a Truchsess and after the dissolution of the estates colleges in 1765 he became a Lower Austrian government councilor . In 1770 he was appointed to the Lower Austrian knighthood and in 1784 was a member of the estate committee. He opposed the introduction of new taxes (such as the potion tax) and rejected the dissolution of the estates and the state constitution in 1790. On May 26, 1771 he married Anna Therese (Theresia) von Suttner-Gundacker (* July 7, 1745, † January 17, 1792), from whom he inherited the rule of Ebenfurth . Successor and heir was his eldest son Karl Ferdinand Joseph (born June 30, 1778, † December 14, 1847).
