Karl Mann (lawyer)
Karl Mann (born September 30, 1920 in Bockau ; † June 8, 2010 ) was a German lawyer. From 1976 to 1985 he was President of the Bavarian Supreme Audit Office .
Career
After studying law, Mann embarked on a career in administrative justice. In 1954 he moved to the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior . In 1958 he came to the Starnberg District Office . In 1963 he was seconded to the Bavarian State Minister for Federal Affairs in Bonn, but soon returned to the Ministry of the Interior. There he was appointed ministerial conductor in 1967 . From November 1, 1976 to September 30, 1985 he was President of the Bavarian Supreme Audit Office.
