Gotthard Brunner

Gotthard Brunner (born June 16, 1911 in Rosenheim ; † July 15, 1992 in Munich ) was a German lawyer .

Life

Gotthard Brunner, who was born in Rosenheim, turned to studying law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich and at the University of Würzburg after completing his school - leaving examination . In 1934 he passed the first state examination and in 1937 the second state examination. In the same year he took up assessor positions at the public prosecutor's offices in Munich II and Passau, and in the following year he moved to the government of Upper Bavaria and the district offices of Rosenheim and Coburg in the same position .

Gotthard Brunner, who was appointed to the government council , was appointed to the Bavarian State Ministry for Education and Culture in 1940. After his dismissal in 1945, he moved to the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior in 1947 . The 1949 established official , in 1949 to Senior Government , 1955 Ministerial and 1961 Ministerialdirigenten Appointed head of the personnel department where he held recently. In 1967 Gotthard Brunner succeeded Dr. Josef Hausner was elected President of the Bavarian Supreme Audit Office, an office he held until he retired in 1976. He was awarded the Bavarian Order of Merit in 1973 and died in 1992 at the age of 81.
