Katrina Law (born January 1, 1985 in West New York , New Jersey ) is an American actress .

life and career

Katrina Law was born in West New York, New Jersey in 1985. Her parents are a former American soldier with German - Italian roots and a hairdresser from Taiwan who met during the Vietnam War . She attended The Richard Stockton College and graduated with a degree in theater, whereupon she took acting classes in Philadelphia and New York . Law has been married to actor Keith Andreen since January 5, 2013.

Law first appeared in 2000, starring in the comedy film Lucky Numbers alongside John Travolta . She was featured as Francine in No Way Out with Scott Wolf in the lead role. As a dealer , she starred in the crime film All In - Poker Face . She also stood in front of the camera for television series such as Third Watch - Einsatz am Limit , Chuck and CSI: Miami for one episode each and for recurring roles in Legend of the Seeker - The Sword of Truth , The Resistance and Spartacus . For the last mentioned television series she was dubbed by Berenice Weichert and embodied the role of the slave Mira , with whom Spartacus (played by Andy Whitfield ) falls in love. In 2010, Law voiced several characters in the video game Red Dead Redemption . Since 2014 she can be seen in the role of Nyssa al Ghul in the television series Arrow , which she also embodied in its spin-off Legends of Tomorrow .
