Kelly Dulfer (born March 21, 1994 in Schiedam ) is a Dutch handball player .

Career

Kelly Dulfer started playing handball at HV Ventura. In 2012, the back court player joined HV Quintus . A season later she moved to HV DOS. In the 2014/15 season, Dulfer played for SERCODAK Dalfsen , with whom she won both the Dutch championship and the Dutch cup. Then Dulfer moved to the German Bundesliga club VfL Oldenburg . After Dulfer scored 182 goals in 51 Bundesliga games in two seasons at VfL Oldenburg, she joined the Danish first division club København Håndbold . With København Håndbold she won the Danish championship in 2018. In the summer of 2019, Dulfer moved to the German Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund .

Dulfer played 105 caps for the Dutch national team , in which they scored 104 goals. With the Netherlands, she won the silver medal at the 2015 World Championships and 2016 European Championships . She also took part in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . A year later she won the bronze medal at the 2017 World Cup . At the European Championships in 2018 she won the bronze medal and was also voted best defender. In the tournament she played primarily on the circle . At the 2019 World Cup , she won the World Cup title in the final against the Spanish selection.
