Kindler von Zackenstein

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kindler von Zackenstein is the name of an old Brandenburg noble family .

It is believed that the family came from Silesia , as the von Kindler family existed there. The von Zackenstein had not yet been raised to the nobility there. It was not until the 16th century that the family in the Guben area in Lower Lusatia became wealthy. Name variations were Kindler auf Zackenstein , Kindler vom Zackenstein , Kindler von Czakenstein . In the 18th century the tribe was already extinct. The data partially contradict each other in the literature.

Clan

Andreas Paul Kindler and Anna Gröbel found the tribe, their origin was given as Silesia. Her son Ernst Albrecht Kindler on jagged stone "the Elder" , was Governor and Mr. on Henzendorf and Treppeln before he died at the 1600th He was raised to the knightly nobility in 1573, his grandson Albrecht "the Younger" received the certificate of confirmation on April 16, 1680. Imperial Councilor and Appellate Court Assessor Bohemia , later Chancellor , then Governor and finally Governor in Lower Lusatia. He was married three times, first with Caritas Tielisch von Tielenau, second with one of von Stange , and third with an unknown woman.

The sons sprang from marriages:

Albrecht von Zackenstein "the younger" was the last male descendant, he was still sitting on Henzendorf in 1657, then this line was extinguished with his death. In 1622 he was chief chancellor and in 1626 he was the state officer of the Neuzelle monastery.
