Kirchhöfing (I and II) , as farmers, are districts of Stollhamm in the municipality of Butjadingen in the Wesermarsch district .

history

Kirchhöfing includes Burg, Rimmlingen, Gauwe, Lake and Mitteldeich. The first school in Kirchhöfing was set up as a Latin school in 1570; in 1855 it had 59 students. The parish village of Stollhamm with the pastorei , the sexton and the secondary school belonged to the Kirchhöfing peasantry.

There are archaeological finds from pre-Christian times from Gauwe and on the Schimmelpfennigsberg.
