Klein Woltersdorf is located southeast of the core town of Groß Pankow on the L 146 road . The B 107 runs to the west and the B 103 to the east . The Cederbach flows south of the village .

Neighboring towns are Seefeld and Boddin in the northeast, Breitenfeld and Schönebeck in the southeast, Kehrberg in the south, Brünkendorf in the southwest, and Groß Woltersdorf in the northwest.
