Local elections in Lithuania in 2007

The 2007 local council elections in Lithuania were local elections held in Lithuania on February 25, 2007 . A total of 24 parties took part. 13,000 candidates were entered on the electoral lists in the communities. Eligible voters (2,692,074) could cast their votes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. There were a total of 2028 constituencies. By 10 a.m., 4.3% of voters had voted. The left LSDP got 302 seats, the conservative party Tėvynės sąjunga (TS-LKD) 256 seats, the liberal party Liberal and Center Union (LCS) 182 seats, the liberal Democratic party Order and Justice 181 seats, Lietuvos Valstiečių liaudininkų sąjunga 141 seats and Darbo partija 111 seats.
