Koniuji Island is a small, uninhabited island of the Andreanof Islands , which belong to the Aleutian Islands . The approximately 1.3 km long and 126 m high island is located about 16 km north of Atka Island .
In 1826 the island was first described by Gavril Sarichev as Kanigui Island.
