The Kunsterspring nature reserve is located in the city of Neuruppin in the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district in Brandenburg .

The approximately 100.6 ha area with the identification number 1062 was placed under nature protection by ordinance of October 19, 1967 . The nature reserve extends southwest of Steinberge , part of the municipality of Neuruppin, and northeast of Frankendorf , part of the municipality of Storbeck-Frankendorf . Landesstrasse 16 runs along the northeastern edge of the area, while Tornowsee extends to the east .
