Kyra Zagorsky (born June 6, 1976 in New York ) is an American actress . In the German-speaking area, she is mainly due to her leading role as Dr. Julia Walker known in the series Helix .

Life

Zagorsky was born in New York and grew up in the mountains in a small town in Colorado. She gained her first acting experience at high school, where she took part in a musical. She then graduated from Southern Oregon University in Ashland with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drama and a Masters degree in Acting from the University of California , Irvine. In her acting career, she has had guest roles in the series Continuum , Stargate Atlantis , Stargate Universe , Supernatural , Fringe - Grenzfalls der FBI and Falling Skies .

Kyra Zagorsky is married to the actor Patrick Sabongui and has a son and a daughter with him.
