Attractions
The place has a new church built at the beginning of the 17th century by the Electress widow Hedwig with almost closed, construction-time furnishings of high artistic value ( pulpit , pulpit clock , altarpiece ). It is a branch of the Prettin parish office, named after the apostles “St. Peter and Paul ”. The sandstone baptism dates back to 1597.
The church, like the whole town, was flooded by the floods of the Elbe in August 2002 and has been extensively restored since then.
