District Court Bogen

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Bogen district court in Lower Bavaria existed from October 1, 1839 to September 30, 1879. It was an older district court with administrative and legal tasks.

From July 1, 1862, the Bogen district court was only responsible for legal tasks, as the administration of justice and administration were separated in Bavaria. The institutions for the administration of justice retained the name of the district court and the administrative authorities were given the name of the district office . Thus from 1862 the administrative tasks were handed over to the district office of Bogen . The District Court arch was from October 1, 1879 successor to the District Court while retaining the judicial district.
