The district court of Mitterfels was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Mitterfels in what is now the district of Straubing-Bogen . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1803, the district court of Mitterfels was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . This came to the newly founded Regenkreis with the capital Straubing .

With the highest ordinance of September 23, 1810, the change of the regional court from the Regenkreis to the Unterdonaukreis was decided on November 1, 1810, but without some western patrimonial courts which remained with the Regenkreis.

On April 21, 1838, the Bavarian King ordered the formation of seven new regional courts, including the Bogen regional court . It was formed from communities of the district courts Mitterfels and Deggendorf. For this purpose, the municipalities of Albertsried , Bogen , Bogenberg , Degernbach , Unterhunderdorf , Pfelling , Oberalteich , Schwarzach , Windberg , Perasdorf were spun off from the district court of Mitterfels with effect from October 1, 1839. The remaining jurisdiction of the District Court Mitterfels included the municipalities Ascha , Au vorm Wald , Auggenbach , Bärnzell , Dachsberg , Eggerszell , Elisabethszell , Englmar , Falkenfels , Gaishausen , Gera cell , Gittensdorf , Gossersdorf , Gschwendt , Haibach , Haselbach , Haunkenzell , Heilbrunn , Mr. incorrect castle , deer creek , Konzell , Landasberg , Landorf , Loitzendorf , Maiszell , Mitterfels, Neukirchen , Obermühlbach , Pilgramsberg , Prünstfehlburg , Rattenberg , Rattiszell , Saulburg , Schönstein , Siegersdorf , Stallwang , Steinburg , Wiesenfelden and Zinzenzell .

The administrative tasks of the district court Mitterfels were transferred from 1862 to the newly founded district office Bogen .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Mitterfels District Court was established with the same district as that of the Mitterfels District Court , which was repealed at the same time.

The district court Mitterfels was housed in the castle in Mitterfels.
