The Lasörlinghütte is a private refuge in the Lasörling group (East Tyrol). The hut is located in the rearmost Mullitztal, the so-called glauret (rubble), where copper mining was already carried out in prehistoric times.
history
In 1982 Johann and Frieda Wurnitsch had the Lasörlinghütte built. After construction began on April 14, 1982, the hut was completed within three months. The opening and consecration by Pastor Rottländer followed on July 31, 1982. Its own hydropower plant and a material ropeway supply the hut with energy and all necessary goods. In addition to the main building, some of the accommodation is in small ancillary buildings.
