Window life of saint Ivo Hélory in Moncontour

The Life of Saint Ivo Hélory window in the Notre-Dame-St-Mathurin Catholic Church in Moncontour , a French commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department in Brittany , was created in 1537. The leaded glass window was added to the list of architectural monuments in France in 1862 as Monument historique .

The window in the choir was created by an unknown workshop. It shows various scenes from the life of St. Ivo Hélory († 1303).

In addition to the Life of St. Ivo Hélory window, five other windows from the Renaissance period have been preserved in the church (see navigation bar).

  Ivo in his judge's office: The rich man on his right, whose gold coins Ivo does not accept, tries to bribe Ivo. Instead, he turns to the poor man on his left side. On the pillars on the left and right outside the year 1537.
