Window life of John the Baptist in Plémet

The Life of John the Baptist window in the St-Lubin Catholic Chapel in Plémet , a French commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department of Brittany , was created in 1572. The stained glass window was added to the list of architectural monuments in France in 1926 as Monument historique .

The window in the choir was created by an unknown workshop. It shows scenes from the life of John the Baptist on two lancets (see picture descriptions).

Angels are depicted in the three-part tracery . The last restoration of the window was carried out in 1997 by the Atelier Hubert de Sainte Marie.

In addition to the window Life of John the Baptist , the Crucifixion window in the chapel from the Renaissance period has been preserved.
