European Athletics Championships 2006 / Participant (Switzerland)
The following Swiss athletes took part in the European Athletics Championships 2006 (August 8th to 13th in Gothenburg ).
The team consisted of 17 individual athletes (13 men and 4 women) and a relay team (4 × 100 meters for men).
The result was a medal , the silver in the marathon run by Viktor Röthlin . This put the Swiss delegation in 23rd place in the medal table .
