Central American and Caribbean Athletics Championships
The Central American and Caribbean Athletics Championships (or CAC Championships) are continental athletics competitions organized by the Central American and Caribbean Athletic Confederation (CACAC) every two years (except for 2008). The first championships took place from May 5th to 7th, 1967 in the Mexican city of Xalapa .
The Central American and Caribbean Athletics Championships should not be confused with the North American Central American and Caribbean Athletics Championships (NACAC Championships) hosted by NACAC .
