Life

art

Löwentraut's interest in art was sparked by his mother's painting. He watched her at first, but then quickly practiced it himself. Since he didn't paint stick figures, skies and meadows like other children of his age, his parents noticed his own abstract style .

During school he began to be creative as an actor, model and artist. Löwentraut went to the Aloisius College in Bonn Bad Godesberg. Due to his youthful age compared to other artists and the positive response to his works, there was a media hype . In January 2015 he appeared on the television program TV total , in which he painted a picture together with presenter Stefan Raab . Martin Zips wrote in the Süddeutsche Zeitung that Löwentraut was “ cheered a little early on to the new Picasso by an art and media scene obsessed with money and publicity ”. National exhibitions followed in Munich, Hamburg , Berlin and, most recently, Düsseldorf. Internationally, he has had vernissages in London and New York as well as Singapore and Basel .

In 2017, Löwentraut was selected by UNESCO to paint 17 pictures on the topic of “Sustainable Development Goals”, which were to be sold as art prints. The proceeds should be donated entirely to UNESCO. In the same year, as part of the RTL Spendenmarathon , he completed a work of art live on television, which was also auctioned for the benefit of the RTL Foundation - We Help Children via the United Charity charity auction platform. The work generated proceeds of 57,750 euros.
