action

In the distant future, the year 2047, the overpopulated earth will be ruled and monitored by a strange authority, the "big brother". The regent, suffering from sexual dysfunction , issues a decree stating that all sexual contact must be prohibited. Only a select few are allowed to have sex, such as the staff of the surveillance center; including the right hand of the controller - Tom Prince. Infringements and offenses are punished by the moral control organs , including an android robot, and punished draconian.

The young, attractive Cindy lives in this totalitarian surveillance together with her hypersexual stepmother and the two lewd step-sisters Stella and Bella. Cindy's everyday life is characterized by hard work and disadvantage. This only changes with the encounter with a fairy magician, a being from another planet who propagates free love and sexual emancipation. The magician is on a mission: Cindy is supposed to bring love to the people of the earth.

At a different time, the rebellious Tom convinces his big brother to finally introduce democratic rules, since the common people thirst for amusement. An "uncontrolled costume ball " with the chosen ones is arranged immediately. Bella and Stella will receive an invitation by lot. Cindy remains sad until the magician finally allows her to participate. With a sensational robe, she causes a sensation at the festivities. The self-proclaimed "Queen of Love" succeeds in convincing Tom of the beauty of love. In the end, Cindy can also convince the leader of the need for free love. The longed-for turning point is coming on earth.
