Lil Yachty
Lil Yachty (real name: Miles Parks McCollum ; born August 23, 1997 in Mableton , Cobb County , Georgia ) is an American musician .
biography
McCollum first appeared through his singles One Night and Minnesota from his debut EP Summer Songs . Record contracts with Quality Control Music , Capitol Records and Motown Records followed in 2016 . Lil Yachty became internationally known through its collaboration with DRAM with the hit Broccoli . His solo single One Night later hit the Billboard charts.
Teenage Emotions
In 2016, McCollum announced that he would like to release his debut album in December. Teenage Emotions had to shift due to complications . On April 20, 2017 it was announced that the album will be officially released on May 26. At the same time, the cover, which was designed by Kenneth Cappello, and the track list were published. On Twitter he wrote: " To my true fans, there is no more confusion. My album drops May 26. This is the cover and the tracklist. Embrace The Youth. 5.26.17 " (translated: " To my loyal fans, there are no more confusion. My album will be released on May 26th. This is the cover and the track list. Hug the youth. May 26th, 2017. ")
There are a total of 21 songs on the album and include guest appearances by Migos , YG , Kamaiyah, Stefflon Don , Diplo , Evander Griim, Grace and Sonyae Elise.
Lil Boat 2
On February 21, 2018, McCollum announced that his second studio album, Lil Boat 2, would be released on March 9. Previously, snippets for the album were published.
