Ty Dolla Sign (* 13. April 1985 in Los Angeles , California ; real name Tyrone William Griffin Jr. ), and Ty Dolla $ ign written, is an American R & B - musicians and rappers .

Career

For the first time, Tyrone Griffin aka Ty Dolla Sign drew attention as a guest musician and co-author of Toot It and Boot It by rapper YG , which reached number 67 in the US singles charts . In the following years he worked for other musicians, for example as co-author of Young, Wild & Free by Snoop Dogg & Wiz Khalifa and headband by BoB . On the other hand, he worked on his own career and published a whole series of mixtapes . At the end of 2013 he released several of his own singles on Atlantic Records with prominent support. With the song Paranoid , which was created together with BoB, he entered the single charts at the turn of the year.

In the fall of 2015, Ty Dolla $ ign released his debut album Free TC based on his brother, who is in prison for life.

His ninth Mixtape Campaign appeared on September 23, 2016 with guest contributions from rappers like Future and Wiz Khalifa.

At the end of 2016, he also drew attention to his new project. Beach House 3 is slated to hit the market the following year . So far two songs have been released. The first song is called Love U Better and is a feature with Lil Wayne and The-Dream . Furthermore, Ty Dolla $ ign released a song from his current album on September 1, 2017 with the title So am I. This time he got support from Skrillex and Damian Marley .
