Lilith Häßle

Lilith Häßle (born February 21, 1991 in Berlin ) is a German actress and radio play speaker .

Life

Even during her school days, Häßle played for two years in various youth theaters. Before graduating from high school , she auditioned at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin , but was not accepted because of her age. She then successfully passed the entrance exam at the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts , where she studied acting from 2010 to 2014. During her studies, she was already involved in productions at the Freiburg Theater and the Stuttgart State Theater as well as the Tübingen State Theater . Her first role was Frau Rotkohl in Das Sams , followed by Lady Violet in Fellini's Ship of Dreams .

From the 2014/15 season she had a permanent engagement at the Mainz State Theater , where she appeared in Die Ratten as Selma and in Die Schneekönigin as Snow Queen, as Princess Eulalia and as the Robber's Daughter. Before that she played Hermia in The Fairy Queen . In the 2017/18 and 2018/19 seasons, Häßle was engaged at the Residenztheater in Munich . For the 2019/20 season she moved to the Burgtheater in Vienna together with artistic director Martin Kušej .

In addition, she worked as a radio play speaker on various productions, including for SWR and Deutschlandradio .
