Linas Pernavas

Linas Pernavas (born September 1, 1976 in the district Ignalina , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian lawyer and General Police Commissioner of Lithuania.

Life

After graduating from middle school graduated Pernavas 1999 to study at the Lietuvos teisės universitetas and 2005 Master's degree in Law as Magister Juris at the Vilniaus universitetas . From July 1995 he worked in Ignalina and from 1997 in Didžiasalis , later he held many managerial positions. From 1999 he was a police inspector and from 2003 he headed the police of the Ignalina municipality, from 2005 the police of the Zarasai district , from 2008 the police of the Utena district and from February 3, 2014 the police of the Kaunas district . Since November 11, 2014 he has been the Police Commissioner General of Lithuania . He was appointed by President Dalia Grybauskaitė .

Linas Pernavas is married and has three sons.
