Lise Overgaard Munk (born May 26, 1989 in Frederikshavn ) is a Danish football player .
Career
society
Munk started playing football at Frederikshavn fI in 1994 and moved to Fortuna Hjørring in the summer of 2002 . With Hjørring she won the Danish championship for the first time in 2010. In the summer of 2011, she joined league rivals Brøndby IF , with whom she won the championship and cup double in her first season . In the winter break of 2012/13 she left Denmark and signed a one and a half year contract with the German Bundesliga club 1. FFC Frankfurt , for which she made her debut on February 17, 2013 in the home game against SGS Essen . In this game she scored her first Bundesliga goal with the goal to make it 1-0 in the 26th minute. After she had not played in the Bundesliga due to an injury in the 2013/14 season, she terminated her contract in Frankfurt on August 27, 2014 and moved to 1. FC Köln in the 2. Bundesliga South . At the end of the season, Munk rose to the Bundesliga as the unbeaten champions with FC and, as the top scorer with 27 goals, played a major role in this success. On August 30, 2015 (1st matchday) she scored the first Bundesliga ever for 1. FC Köln in the 2: 6 defeat in the away game at Werder Bremen with the goal to make it 1: 0.
On June 10, 2016, Munk returned to 1. FFC Frankfurt after two years . Her contract ran until June 30, 2018 and she left the FFC in the summer of 2018. However, she stayed in Frankfurt because she signed with the regional league club Eintracht Frankfurt during the summer break .
National team
She made her debut for the Danish national team on October 24, 2009 in the World Cup qualifier against the Georgian team , which was won 15-0. In that game she was the only player to score three goals. After she had not played an international match for almost two years, she was used again by Nils Nielsen over half time on January 15, 2015 in a 2: 3 defeat against New Zealand .
